These terms govern your use of our website and the services provided by IC Roofing & Property Maintenance ("we", "us", "our"), a roofing and property maintenance company based in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by IC Roofing are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on our assessment of the work required at the time of visit. Additional charges may apply if additional work is discovered once work commences, in which case we will notify you and obtain approval before proceeding.

Payment

Payment terms will be agreed before work commences and stated in your written quote. We reserve the right to request a deposit for larger jobs. Full payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our Work

We aim to carry out all work to a professional standard using appropriate materials. Any concerns about completed work should be raised with us as soon as possible so we can address them promptly.

Weather and Access

Roofing work is weather-dependent. We may need to reschedule work in conditions that would make it unsafe or impractical to proceed. We will give you as much notice as possible if this is required.
